  • SOWELL Family Cap d’Agde : Buildings with 4 apartments, north-east of the estate. Cleaning at the beginning, during and at the end of your stay. Towels and bed linen included and beds made up on arrival. The apartments can accommodate 2 to 6 people and are all air-conditioned.
  • SOWELL HOTELS Les Jardins du Cap : Comprising small, detached, single-storey bungalows to the west of the estate. Cleaning at the beginning, during and at the end of your stay. Towels and bed linen included and beds made up on arrival. The apartments can accommodate 2 to 4 people and are all air-conditioned.
  • SOWELL RESIDENCES Les Lauriers Roses: Made up of buildings grouping 4 apartments, this is the easternmost part. The apartments can accommodate up to 6 people. Cleaning at the beginning and end of your stay. Bathroom linen and bed linen included but beds not made. It is the ideal choice for large families or groups of friends.

SOWELL provides a paid outdoor car park at the entrance to the establishment at a rate of 12€ per night and per vehicle. Early booking with reception is strongly recommended. Please note that there are few paid parking spaces in the immediate vicinity, especially during school holiday periods and long weekends.
