Our 50 apartments are all air-conditioned and equipped with kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker, bathroom with shower and toilet, flat screen TV, safe, free Wi-Fi and a private terrace with furniture.

• Apartment 1 bedroom 2 pers. (40 m²): + 1 room with double bed or 2 single beds.
• Apartment 2 bedroom 3 pers. (40 m²): + 1 room with double bed or 2 single beds + 1 room with 1 single bed.
• Apartment 2 bedroom 4 pers. (40 m²): + 1 room with double bed or 2 single beds + 1 room with 2 single beds.

• Hotel formula: Beds made on arrival and daily cleaning.
• Bathroom linen: Bathroom linen according to the number of people booked (no daily change).
• Free Wifi: In the rooms and the common areas.
• Private outdoor parking: Located at the entrance of the Residence. The residence is a car-free space, the circulation inside is done only on foot.
• Baby beds available on request.

Optional services:

These services are optional and offered as an option when you make your reservation.

• Pet supplement (10€/night)
• Early arrival at 1 pm instead of 4 pm (40 € / stay),
• Late departure at 2pm instead of 11am (40 € / stay),
• Laundromat: Within the premises of the establishment you can take advantage of the laundromat with washing machine = 6 € the token with washing powder and a dryer = 3 €.

This « all inclusive » formula includes :

• Bar:
  From 10am to 10pm: sodas, syrup, fruit juices, beer, wines and hot drinks.
  From noon to 1:30 pm and from 6:30 pm to 10 pm: a selection of alcoholic beverages.
• All-you-can-eat breakfast served in the form of a buffet from 7:30 am to 1:00 pm to be adapted to your desires.
  A generous sweet and savory buffet awaits you with a wide choice of breads and pastries, fresh fruit, pancakes, cereals, cold cuts, cheese, … .
• Packed lunch to make up and take away according to your desires to fully enjoy your day at the swimming pool or to discover the surroundings.
• Snack: in the afternoon, for the pleasure of your taste buds, allow yourself a sweet snack (cookies, fresh fruit, cold drinks …).
• Dinner: a gourmet and varied buffet is offered each evening. You will have the choice among many appetizers, cooked dishes (fish/meat), side dishes (starch, vegetables…), cheese, desserts (fresh fruits, cakes, cream, ice creams…). Wine included.

Leisure at the residence:

For your aquatic pleasures, our heated swimming pool of 200m² and paddling pool (not heated).
Also, on the program: tennis courts, mini-golf, Volleyball court, boules court and children’s playground.

Mini-club 4/8 years old:

The mini-club welcomes your children in our establishment, from Sunday to Friday.
They will be looked after by our activity leader for half days, either in the morning from 9am to 12pm, or in the afternoon from 2pm to 5pm.

Fun activities adapted to their age will be offered.

(Registration required at the reception, only for half days – subject to availability – Service offered during the French and Belgian school holidays).

Water activities
Cap d’Agde is the perfect place for water sports enthusiasts! You can enjoy a wide range of activities such as scuba diving, jet skiing, paddle boarding, kitesurfing and much more. The secluded coves also offer quiet places to swim and relax. Children can also enjoy fun water games and organized beach activities. Come and experience unforgettable moments on board a boat for a sea excursion to discover the islet of Brescou and its fort.

Volcanic cliffs of the Grande Conque
Come and discover the Cliffs of the Grande Conque, a unique and striking place in Cap d’Agde! This natural site offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, its spectacular cliffs and its gray sand beaches unique in France. Enjoy a walk along the rocky coast and its secluded coves to recharge your batteries and marvel at the natural beauty. Water activities are also plentiful, with the possibility of scuba diving to explore the sea bed rich in marine life.

The Canal du Midi
The Canal du Midi is a historical jewel located in the heart of the old town of Agde! This 17th century canal runs through beautiful countryside and offers a peaceful setting for a boat or bike ride. Admire the picturesque locks, century-old trees and historic towns along the canal. The naturist village
High place of naturism in France, it is in the naturist village that it happens! Attention, the access to the village as to the beaches is strongly regulated and will require the purchase of an entry ticket or a fixed price from 3 days. For more information, contact the reception directly.
