ANCV Holiday Vouchers

Use your holiday vouchers by selecting the « Payment with holiday vouchers » option during your reservation on sowell.fr

• Make your reservation on the site sowell.fr and select your room and rate on the booking engine at step 1 « Room Choice ».
• At step 2 « Choice of extras », select the « Payment with holiday vouchers » option.
• Proceed to payment by credit card of your reservation according to the rate conditions desired.
• Submit your holiday vouchers:
• On-site upon your arrival (option 1): hand over your holiday vouchers at the reception for collection on the day of arrival.
• The reception will provide you with a payment receipt for the corresponding value and initiate a reimbursement request with the customer service.
• By sending them by registered mail R1 with acknowledgment of receipt to (option 2):
• SOWELL Hotels & Residences, 9 Bis Place John Rewald, 13100, Aix-en-Provence.
• Include: First name, last name, reservation number, and amount sent by holiday vouchers.
• Within 2 working days following the request from the reception (option 1) or the receipt of your holiday vouchers (option 2), you will be reimbursed the value of the holiday vouchers on the credit card used during the reservation.

Good to know:

• We do not charge any handling fees, This service is exclusive to clients booking on sowell.fr or via the reservation center and will not work if you book through another organization or online travel agency,
• Reimbursement is made within 2 working days,
• The amount of the reimbursement cannot exceed the amount paid during your reservation,
• The credit card to be reimbursed must be valid during your stay,
• Only printed ANCV holiday vouchers are accepted.
• We do not accept E-CONNECT vouchers or those from other organizations (restaurant tickets, Kadéos, Caisses de Monaco, etc.).
