SOWELL Family Grau du Roi offers 47 air-conditioned apartments for 2 to 4 people, some with a beautiful view of the sea. They are grouped in small buildings of 2 or 3 levels and well equipped to make your stay comfortable.

With the SOWELL Family label, you will be able to leave in complete peace of mind with your young children thanks to the availability of a baby kit on reservation including a baby bed, high chair and bathtub.

Sowell welcomes you to Grau du Roi in a complex of 2 establishments. This 3-hectare private estate provides shared facilities and services such as: swimming pool, bar, restaurant and tennis courts.

Which establishment to choose?

  • SOWELL Family Le Grau du Roi : Made up of the “Acanthes” and “Flamands” buildings, it is the closest establishment to the beach. Cleaning at the beginning, during and end of stay. Towels and bed linen included and beds made on arrival. The apartments can accommodate two to four people and are all air-conditioned.
  • SOWELL RESIDENCES Les Sablons : Made up of the “Acacias”, “Aigrettes” and “Tellines” buildings, it is the establishment closest to the restaurant and reception. The apartments with fans can accommodate up to 6 people. Cleaning at the beginning and end of your stay. Bathroom linen and bed linen included but beds not made. It is the ideal choice for large families or groups of friends.

I had an excellent stay in an appartment for singel use. I liked the location, the staff, the food. But the coffee with the artificial milk is unacceptable and so the cleaning service of these machines. All coffee machines have been uncredibly dirty

alles wat een mens kan wensen is hier , heel lekker eten ,veel variatie , mooie huiselijke verblijven , vriendelijke medewerkers , badkamers en wc netjes dagelijks gepoetst zelfs het bed werd dagelijks opgemaakt , heb al verschillende sowells gedaan maar die springt er wel uit door van alles . wat een mens kan bedenken is er , op een kleine afstand een mooi stadje agiues mortes . wij komen zeker terug .
