Our 57 non-air-conditioned apartments are equipped with Kitchenette with hotplates, Microwave oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Electric coffee maker with filters, Bathroom with shower and separate toilet, Television, Safe deposit box, Free Wifi, Terrace with furniture

• Apartment 1 bedroom 2 pers (35 m²): +1 room with 2 single beds.
• Apartment 1 bedroom 3 pers (35 m²): + 1 room with 2 single beds + Bench seat in the living room (or sofa bed) (some have a view of the Sea).
• Apartment 1 bedroom 4 pers (35 m²): + 1 room with 2 single beds + Bench seat in the living room (or sofa bed) (some have a view of the Sea).
• Apartment 1 bedroom 6 pers (45 m²): + 2 rooms with 2 single beds + Bench seat in the living room (or sofa bed) (some have a view of the Sea).

Sheets and towels are provided according to the number of people booked. The beds are not made. The cleaning at the end of the stay is included – except for the kitchen area. There is no daily recouche.

• Laundry : Within the premises of the establishment you can take advantage of the laundromat with washing machine = 6 € the token with washing powder and a dryer = 3 €.

This « all inclusive » formula includes :

• Bar:
  From 10am to 10pm: sodas, syrup, fruit juices, beer, wines and hot drinks.
  From noon to 1:30 pm and from 6:30 pm to 10 pm: a selection of alcoholic beverages.
• All-you-can-eat breakfast served in the form of a buffet from 7:30 am to 1:00 pm to be adapted to your desires.
  A generous sweet and savory buffet awaits you with a wide choice of breads and pastries, fresh fruit, pancakes, cereals, cold cuts, cheese, … .
• Packed lunch to make up and take away according to your desires to fully enjoy your day at the swimming pool or to discover the surroundings.
• Snack: in the afternoon, for the pleasure of your taste buds, allow yourself a sweet snack (cookies, fresh fruit, cold drinks …).
• Dinner: a gourmet and varied buffet is offered each evening. You will have the choice among many appetizers, cooked dishes (fish/meat), side dishes (starch, vegetables…), cheese, desserts (fresh fruits, cakes, cream, ice creams…). Wine included.

Leisure at the residence:

For your aquatic pleasures, our heated outdoor swimming pool.
The residence has a direct access to sea.
Also, on the program: tennis courts, boules court, table tennis, beach volley, Children’s playground…

Mini-club 4/8 years old:

The mini-club welcomes your children in our establishment, from Sunday to Friday.
They will be looked after by our activity leader for half days, either in the morning from 9am to 12pm, or in the afternoon from 2pm to 5pm.

Fun activities adapted to their age will be offered.

(Registration required at the reception, only for half days – subject to availability – Service offered during the French and Belgian school holidays).

The Seaquarium of Grau du Roi
The Seaquarium in Le Grau-du-Roi offers an interactive and educational experience for visitors of all ages on 2400m². Espiguette Beach
Accessible in 15 minutes on foot from the municipal parking lot, this is one of the most beautiful dune beaches in southern France. Like a desert, you will enjoy walking along its 10 kilometers long. It’s ideal for a day of hiking and swimming in an exotic environment.
