There's still some renovation work to be done, and the promise of gluten-free food unfortunately wasn't kept. Otherwise, we had a great stay.
Beautiful location, hotel rooms not overly large but adequate. Wi-Fi in the rooms is outdated and slow. The buffet food is more than adequate, although the quality was much lower this year: too much rice and pasta with too little good sauce. One day, fries were served, and the chef beamed because everyone ate so much. The pork stew was very tasty but contained too many large chunks of fat. We've known the hotel for years, and this was the least we enjoyed. We're looking forward to next year.

Nous sommes venu pour la 2eme année consécutive. Comme l’année dernière, je recommence Sowell l’Olivier, le seul bémol est au niveau des animations… PS : dommage de nous faire payer 20 euros supplémentaire pour profiter de la piscine jusqu’a 17h le jour de départ alors que la veille la piscine a été fermé pendant 3 heures pour cause d’hygiène !

On a passé les vacances agréable en famille avec les enfants en bas âge. On recommande le sowell à Arles.
Den Weg von 1350 Km haben wir gern gemacht. Viel über Frankreich gelernt, sehr viel Gutes erhalten und die Historie von Avignon, Nimes und Arles genossen. Überzeugt hat uns im Hotel die ausgesprochen freundliche Atmosphäre, ein Lächeln wo man hinsah und eine Lockerheit im Umgang mit dem Gast die erfreulich gut tat. Die Verpflegung entsprach unserer Vorstellung, war geschmacklich sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Sehr lecker waren die süßen Sachen, eine Verführung pur. Leider gibt es einen Wermutst… Read more
Il manque des prises de courant pour la table principale et sur le coin café.
Très bonne experience. La piscine était top, le restaurant était bon. Petit bémol sur les animations : pas vraiment adapté aux petits enfants, il serait préférable d’avoir plus de spectacle le soir que loto, casino… déçu à ce niveau là
