The pillows were too soft and small in the room, we were i room 144 and the melting of the snow on the off runs down to a metal flashing plater on the balcony that keeps you awake all night through the constant water dripping off the roof. The hotel needs to complete more public signage in various areas for people to know where they can go for access to certain areas.
It's a brand-new hotel in a beautiful location in a snow-sure area. However, even though it's open, it's not ready for use yet. You can see it everywhere, and you notice it in everything! The heating isn't working properly, there are leaks everywhere, beer is served in bottles instead of on tap, the slopes next to the hotel haven't been properly installed, the catering isn't up to par, and the walls haven't been painted or the paint is still wet.
