We loved our stay. The staff are all lovely and helpful. The breakfast was great. Spa facilities fantastic. Comfy bed. Couldn’t fault it and would return.

Prior to arrival and during our stay both Clara and Charlyne were the most helpful and welcoming people, making our stay personal and easy. Our lift passes and ski rentals were organized easily, we received support and suggestions about parking a transport to and from the hotel, and we were greeted personally with warmth and care. This continued during our stay though checkout. We could not be more happy with each of them. Our entire stay and the quality of the property from A to Z was exceptional except fo one area; the breakfast buffet. The breakfast is not up to par and must improve considerably (the croissants are unworthy, the products are not fresh) because not at all at the level of an establishment of this standing.

Lovely friendly and helpful staff, great quirky decor, loved the bar! It would have been better if the bar could have remained open a bit later than 10pm to allow for an after dinner drink. Great location.

Our stay at Hôtel des Dromonts in Avoriaz this March was nothing short of exceptional! A perfect balance of elevated design, comfort, and genuinely warm hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. Clara greeted us with such ease and professionalism, taking the time to personally tour us through the hotel before escorting us to our room and assisting with our luggage. That level of attentiveness immediately set the tone for the stay. We booked a Junior Suite, and it exceeded expectations. The room was beautifully appointed, with a stunning view overlooking the ski lifts and surrounding mountains. A truly idyllic alpine backdrop that made every morning and evening feel special. Dining was equally memorable. Dinner at Les Enfants Terribles was a lovely experience. An inviting atmosphere paired with impeccable service. The waitstaff was polished, courteous, and attentive without ever feeling overbearing. Before dinner, we enjoyed drinks at Le Festival bar, which quickly became one of our favorite spots. It’s cozy, stylish, and perfect for unwinding either before or after an evening out. The hotel’s amenities are thoughtfully designed for a seamless ski experience. The on-site ski room is incredibly convenient and perfectly located, making transitions to and from the slopes effortless. Each morning, we looked forward to the breakfast buffet; a well-curated spread that was ideal for fueling up before a full day on the mountain. We also made time to enjoy the spa, which was truly special. The Nordic bath was such a unique experience, especially as it was snowing while we were in it. The outdoor sauna added another layer of relaxation and was perfect for warming up and recovering after skiing. I also visited the gym one morning; while modest in size, it was well-equipped and more than sufficient for a quick, effective workout. Charlene, in particular, made a lasting impression on us throughout our stay. She consistently went above and beyond. Whether it was answering questions, providing thoughtful recommendations, coordinating transportation, or simply ensuring we were taken care of in every moment. When I experienced a small emergency late one evening, nearly at midnight, she handled everything with such calmness, care, and professionalism. It truly meant a great deal. Overall, Hôtel des Dromonts offers not just a beautiful place to stay, but an experience defined by genuine hospitality and attention to detail. We left feeling taken care of in every sense and are already looking forward to returning.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast is fantastic and the hammam is excellent. The rooms are small, but very well designed and comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and make you feel very welcome. Inside, the hotel is warm and cozy, which gives you a real winter sports atmosphere. With only 35 rooms, the hotel is not too big and feels very intimate and charming. We felt truly welcome and would definitely love to come back.

Hello , this is our second time visiting this hotel, we were in December and liked it so much we came back. Although the spa was not 100% we still had great time and the main reason is the reception team , Charlyne, Sebastian,Izy, Clara they mad the difference as they did above and beyond to fulfill all our needs.

Excelent choice for your sky hollidays in Avoriaz, reactivas,m confortable, good breakfast, nice people! Theo are Fast and kind resolving your problems! Congratualtions!

Everything was good. Reception were very helpful. Only negative is that (in room 104) we could hear the loud noise of every metal chair moving in the restaurant / breakfast area below (evening and morning). Perhaps rubber feet on the chairs would help (or rugs, or would chairs?)!!

Our favorite place in Avoriaz. Fantastic team. Great location.
