We loved our stay. The staff are all lovely and helpful. The breakfast was great. Spa facilities fantastic. Comfy bed. Couldn’t fault it and would return.
Prior to arrival and during our stay both Clara and Charlyne were the most helpful and welcoming people, making our stay personal and easy. Our lift passes and ski rentals were organized easily, we received support and suggestions about parking a transport to and from the hotel, and we were greeted personally with warmth and care. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast is fantastic and the hammam is excellent. The rooms are small, but very well designed and comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and make you feel very welcome. Inside, the hotel is warm and cozy, which gives you a real winter sports atmosphere. With only 35 rooms, the hotel is not too big and feels very intimate and charming. We felt truly welcome and would definitely love to come back.

Hello , this is our second time visiting this hotel, we were in December and liked it so much we came back. Although the spa was not 100% we still had great time and the main reason is the reception team , Charlyne, Sebastian,Izy, Clara they mad the difference as they did above and beyond to fulfill all our needs.

From its creation, Avoriaz 1800 has been pedestrian-friendly, a “zero car” concept which marked the beginnings of a resort which continues to innovate on an environmental level.
Here, we abandon the sidewalks for a stay with both feet in the snow. In the snowy streets, skiers rub shoulders with pedestrians and horse-drawn carriages. A paradise for children and a unique and magical atmosphere.
In Avoriaz, pedestrians reinvest the space, synonymous with walking and well-being. But in the early 1960s, in the era of the all-powerful automobile, imagining a station without cars was an aberration, madness, an idea of genius!
Here, everything is accessible on skis, even the bakery.

The resort is a ski in, ski out site. Covered parking lots are available at the entrance of the resort. We strongly recommend that you reserve your parking in advance.
When you arrive in Avoriaz, go to the reception dock where you can leave your luggage in front of the sign indicating the Dromonts area, before parking your vehicle in the parking lot you have reserved in advance (do not leave your luggage unattended). You will find at the level of the reception dock a transport service 7/7 and 24/24 by carriage or by shuttle caterpillar to reach the hotel. Service at an extra charge.
