The New Chastillon residence is located in the center of the Isola 2000 resort, facing the ski slopes and a few meters from the ski lifts. Its ideal location facilitates all your trips, which can be done on foot from the hotel to the ski lift ticket offices, a few meters away, or the main shopping arcade where you will find numerous shops: bars, restaurants, ski rental companies, etc.

Très beau, studio, spacieux evec avec superbe vue sur les pistes, propreté irréprochable. Petit déjeuner parfait Accueil impeccable. Le seul soucis, est que la VMC est très bruyante surtout la nuit.
Great views from my balcony looking over the slopes, but the hotel is located right at the bottom of the complex, at the opposite end to the grocery store and most of the restaurants. The room itself was a decent size (3 bed) for one or 2 people, but it would be a sqeeze for 3. The room was a bit tatty - could do with refurbishment. Radiator in room did not work, but thankfully it was not cold anyway. So irritating that the light switches are all fitted skew - such a simple thing to get righ… Read more

Room condition is perfect and you can relex just after skinng as there is a bathtub and hot water is instantly available. The location is great because you can just start a skiing in front of the residence too. I've stayed 3 nights and it was very convenient to enjoy ski whenever I want.
My 2nd time in this hotel, ski in /ski out, brilliant location and I really like the view from the window to the slopes and a lot of day light and sun. Generous breakfast and very friendly staff

Great location for our ski holiday and our group were accommodated in rooms next to each other as requested. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. My only negative comment would be space in the ski / boot area. It got very cramped and the ski wracks were not user friendly.
I recommend this residence; we had a great time there. Easy to use with ski drop-off place, located next to the slopes, featuring a jacuzzi and swimming pool. Great staff.
