We offer you copious breakfasts in the form of varied hot and cold buffets to start the day. For lunch or dinner, a traditional and tasty cuisine will be served to you as a buffet and/or by the plate. Do not miss our « Cassoulet au gratiné de Carcassonne », a must in the local gastronomy.
