Great hotel! starting with the best service from Zac at check in. He gave us a great welcome, and made our arrival to Carcasonne very great. Exceptional room and cleaniness.
Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, private outsidee parking (need to be booked in advance). Staff members speak English. Great location, 15 minutes walk to the castle / old sity and close to the city center, view of the Pont Vieux and the castle from the hotel room. We were upgraded so we received a very nice room, thank you so much!
Hotel precioso, vistas preciosas al castillo, la verdad que todo muy bien y muy recomendable, eso sí, el agua de la piscina estaba algo fría para la época del año, unos graditos más de temperatura, se hubiera agradecido.

We had a wonderful time over Christmas is the hotel where everyone was lovely. Great location with just a short walk up to the historic city. Excellent service and exceptionally welcoming staff in all departments. Thoroughly recommended.

Delighted with our two night stay. Really warm welcome from two gentlemen at reception. Good secure parking, just next door. Great pool and great location. Also very decent breakfast.
Everything was great. We were only able to try the spa for one night. The terrace with views of the castle, the breakfast, the size of the room, the shower and amenities, and the staff's service were all 10/10.
