Hôtel très bien situé au calme et à proximité de la cité (15-20 min de marche) L'accueil est très chaleureux et la chambre est spacieuse et très confortable avec un lit XL ! Le spa a été un moment très agréable. La piscine d'intérieur est en revanche un peu froide malheureusement. Le repas du soir a été excellent et raffiné et le petit déjeuner très copieux

Nous avons passé un week-end exceptionnel dans ce magnifique hotel. Le personnel était au petit soin et très professionnel.
La habitación con vistas está muy bien, es amplia y está todo limpio. Pero se ve una gestión deficiente, desde el momento en el que entras y compruebas si tu habitación está lista en un grupo de WhatsApp. Además, me parece fatal que el check in sea a las 16h y la salida a las 11h. Por último, lo peor me pareció el desayuno: una de las cafeteras sin agua y no fueron capaces de rellenarla, a pesar de varios avisos de varios clientes, reposición lenta y detalles como que te tengas que hacer tú mis… Read more
Bonjour nous avons séjourné chambre 116 et notre chambre s est trouvée avec une douche qui coulait de la grille d aération en fait la chambre 216 a laissé couler de l eau jusque dans le couloir nous n’a vins pas pu changer de chambre car pas d’équivalence … et ces personnes étaient à côté de nous au restaurant et eux on eu une ristourne car viande mal cuite alors qu ils ont détérioré les chambres déçu y un geste de fait financier pas trop normal
L'hotel è molto bello e curato nei minimi dettagli e la posizione è fantastica per raggiungere la città vecchia. L'unica ragione per cui hi messo 3 stelle al confort della stsnza è la doccia: essendo aperta da un lato e al centro della stanza da bagno quando la fai si allaga tutto il bagno. Per il resto un vero soggiorno a 4 stelle
A prefect location, great people and awesome quality
Personnel agréable, attentionné tant à l’accueil qu’au restaurant. Le coin bar est digne d’un 5 étoile (penser à améliorer le cadre de la restauration tant intérieur qu’extérieur)
Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Brice qui a été aux petits soin avec nous et qui a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. Très bel hôtel proche de la Cité de Carcassonne. Nous avons appréciés son charme, sa tranquillité ainsi que son jardin au pied de la Cité.
Chambre et literie sont excellentes sauf l'absence de gants de toilette . Par contre, le restaurant n'est pas digne d'un 5 étoiles : cassoulet très gras et de basse qualité ( il serait souhaitable de mettre du canard au lieu de 2 saucisses très grasses !!). D'autre part, le velouté d'asperges n'avait pratiquement aucun goût d'asperges !
