My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sowell. The surroundings were great, the cleanliness good and the variety of food was excellent! Importantly, the hospitality of the staff was outstanding - always polite and cheerful!
Our only criticisms were:
- The air-conditioning was turned off on the 2nd day of our stay and being fortunate to have experienced warm/hot and sunny weather during our stay, to have had the air-conditioning working would have been a bonus!
- Neither of our iPads did not seem able to connect to the wi-fi and the internet. Fortunately both our iPhones managed to connect to the wi-fi and internet.

The Ardèche Gorges and the Pont d’Arc
During your stay in Ardèche, you can discover its nature, particularly during canoe-kayak trips in the Ardèche gorges.

L'Aven d'Orgnac
Located a 30-minute drive from the establishment, L'Aven d'Orgnac is a must-see in the region.
A site with a history dating back 100 million years, you will discover stalactite and stalagmite caves made of limestone rock.
La Grotte Chauvet
