Located in Grospierres, south of the Ardèche mountains, the Ardèche hotel is nestled in the heart of the Rouret estate (80 hectares).

Nous sommes arrivés vendredi soir, les employés de l'hôtel étaient au petits soins avec nous, a nous demander si nous voulions un lunch box lors de notre arrivée. Le lendemain nous avons eu de bons conseils concernant les activités du coin (ferme animal, marché local, randonnée...). L'hôtel met à disposition des sacs et des box ce qui nous permet de préparer une lunch box le matin pour pouvoir manger au soleil hors de l'hôtel. Des boissons et des croissants sont à disposition toute la journée ce qui est très utile en période de forte chaleurs. Enfin, les employés de l'hôtel, que ça soit employés de l'accueil, employés de cuisine ou alors femmes de chambres, ont été très gentils aimables et professionnels ce qui nous a fais passer un super séjour

On sent le début de saison, explications du séjour incomplètes à l'arrivée, il a fallu poser des questions (mais le personnel est souriant et agréable). Les appartements sont spacieux, bien équipés et la literie confortable. Le plus: l'accès à l'espace aquatique de la résidence pierre et vacances à quelques minutes à pied). Le moins: borne de recharge pour véhicule électrique annoncé en infos pratique sur le site internet alors que les bornes ont été retiré. Nous sommes arrivés avec 30% de batterie pensant pouvoir recharger avant le départ, nous avons donc perdu du temps a rechercher une borne qui fonctionne ce qui a un peu gacher une partie du séjour ( je conseille vallon pont d'arc juste à l'entrée du centre-ville au niveau des parking payant, charge rapiďe). Séjour qui reste dans son ensemble plutôt positif

Première étape en Ardèche. Découverte de la région. Très bon hôtel. Restauration, accueil. Parfait. Personnels aux petits soins,serviables et aimables.Chiens acceptés. Nous reviendrons.! Nous avons testé le boowling. Au top avec son responsable, faites une petite halte cela vaut le détour. Seul bémol piscine gelée, aucune n 'est possible à cette saison. Il vaudrait mieux préciser une ouverture en mai. Tarif spa excessif.

Tout était parfait sauf pour moi la propreté des chambres . Nous avons déjà fait plusieurs sowell et les chambres sont nettoyés et lits faits tout les jours. Ici rien ! La chambre n a pas été nettoyé ou balayé une seule fois les lits jamais refait ! Et une fois aucune visite et donc pas de changement de serviettes . La peinture est à rafraîchir car toute les peintures blanches sont sales, tâché,ça donne un aspect négliger confirmer par le travail inexistant des femmes de ménage ! Dommage le reste est parfait

Manque un petit coup de ménage avant arrivée dans la chambre: punaises mortes par terre, beaucoup de poussière sur chaises de jardin... Informations fausses concernant les services: on nous a dit en arrivant que le mini golf de pierre et vacances était gratuit alors qu'il est payant, que Pierre et vacances pretaient des raquettes de ping pong alors que non, que la piscine de Sowell ouvrait le lendemain de notre arrivée alors qu'elle n'a jamais ouvert!
