Un personnel qui est là pour vous! Tout le monde a été d’une très grande gentillesse. Le buffet est plus que correct . Rien à redire, nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

All the staff were great, professional and good fun at the same time. It felt like a real team effort of people who really wanted us to enjoy ourselves. Thanks to you all. One small bit of constructive criticism, play some background music in the bar.

Juste une nuit dans cet hôtel, et nous avons apprécié la qualité des buffets et la formule brunch et panier repas. La direction est sympathique et très investi dans le confort et la réussite du séjour de ses clients. À refaire sans aucun doute.

Stayed here twice - one trip with friends in 01 2026 , and the 2nd with my Wife and her family 02 2026. Ski in and ski out - Rooms a good size - okay bathrooms with a small bath, which was great after skiing. The staff are amazing, so helpful. We were " All inclusive" however, there is no lunch, as food end at 13.00, so its like a rolling breakfast to 13.00. Also the drinks time were restrictive, you can only have a a gin and tonic after 18.30 etc. The food was just a buffet, however, was good. I needed to use the microwave most days as some of the food was coldish. However, we ate well. The rooms were a little cold, on both trips, and a plug in heater was left in my room the first time which did the trick. The bar area & most areas within the hotel was freezing, I think it was a plan so you did not stay too long in bar ha ha... I really enjoyed my stay and will return. The ski in and ski out is just amazing !! We love Isola 2000, it is VERY small but great for a few days skiing. The resort sits at 2100 meters, so we all struggled with sleeping and getting our breath due to mild altitude sickness. I will repeat, the staff are amazing in reception. Really helped me out, several times, and most speak good English. Regards Richie and Noura

Perfect location to ski!

Le Pas du Loup, Isola 2000: Our second stay at this hotel and we would stay again. Pros: Popular with families. Fully inclusive - the food just keeps coming, lots of choice and tasty. Decent rooms and enough lounges to relax. Ski-In, ski-out. Adjacent to Intersport for Ski equipment. Close to the Lift Pass Office. Cons: No beer on first two evenings, coffee machines empty too often (declared broken? then working next day, until empty again). In the ski room the ski racks had come off their runners so couldn't be moved - some maintenance needed. (None of these issues the first time we stayed here.)

I hadnt stayed at an inclusive hotel before, and to my pleasant surprise food and drink were of very good quality and the variety over a 5 day stay was good. Rooms are a good 3 star experience and the location on the slopes cannot be bettered. I found only two things for improvement.... 1 a child free area maybe a good idea both for dining and for the bar or lounge area and the ski room could do with a bit more shoe storage.

Fabulous 4 days with friends

Location on the slopes was excellent for accessing the piste and rental shops etc. The bed, however, was very hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom venting was very poor despite raising the issue with reception. The included food was variable - sometimes excellent, sometimes pretty average. We would recommend to others with these caveats but may not return ourselves due to the bed (and the brutal drag lifts in the resort, which isn't the hotel's fault)

Access from the bus stop is diabolical. There needs to be some kind of help for those without a car. I requested a particular room twice but this was ignored and I had to fight for the same or similar room.
