In summer :
It is in an exceptional setting that you will enjoy all the pleasures of the mountains. Numerous activities will be offered to you and will allow you to discover all the riches of this territory: hiking, canyoning, Via Ferrata, paragliding, etc.
The multi-leisure card will be a good way to offer you more than 25 sporting and cultural activities at a reduced rate, in Les Menuires, Saint Martin and Val Thorens (guided hiking, tennis, aquaplay pool, rafting, paintball, trampoline, museum visit …).

In winter :
The famous Les 3 vallées ski area is available to you with its 600 km of slopes!
Non-skiers will also be won over. You will have the choice among many outdoor activities in the heart of the mountains.

The Crêt Voland Building is part of a 4-star SOWELL Les Ménuires residence, offering you many advantages to ensure the success of your stay in the Savoyard resort:

  • Perfectly equipped apartments,
  • Ideally located close to the slopes,
  • Only 100 m from the center of the resort, accessible by an elevator,
  • Access to the indoor swimming pool of our Pierre Blanche residence located 100 meters from the residence, for sweet moments of relaxation after your beautiful days outdoors.

This part of the residence provides 36 of the 74 apartments in the residence equipped with recent equipment, which can accommodate 1 to 6 people.
Our accommodation offers a warm atmosphere, ideal for your vacation with family or friends.

The kitchen area is equipped with ceramic hobs, refrigerator, microwave and grill, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster… Everything you need to prepare delicious meals after your days outdoors!

Our prices include bed and bathroom linen, wifi connection and a safe for your personal belongings.

We vonden het appartement redelijk ruim voor Franse begrippen en hebben genoten van het prachtige uitzicht op de bergen. Er was voldoende parkeergelegenheid en de watervoorziening was goed, maar er was wel een tekort aan bestek en pannen. Het zwembad is klein, maar de watertemperatuur was aangenaam. Het balkon is ruim en bood een fijne plek om van het uitzicht te genieten. Helaas was de lift naar het centrum van Les Menuires gesloten vanwege de harde wind, wat ons een beetje opgesloten deed voelen in het appartement. We begrijpen echter dat dit overmacht is. Het was prettig om last minute een paar dagen te kunnen boeken in plaats van meteen voor een hele week te moeten reserveren.

We are overall very happy with our stay at Le Cret Voland although there was some hickups that we noticed. Mainly that the room was not that clean at arrival, mainly the floor was dirty and in the state that our socks filled up with dirt after just a few seconds of walking without shoes. Secondly there was some items missing in the kitchen, some glasses, forks, scissors and more. We were able to get new items from your staff except for the scissors which your staff told us they had none. I would also like to point out that it would be better to have an oven instead of a dishwasher since we prefer to be limited in the speed of washing our dishes instead of being limited in what food we are able to cook. Overall we thought this was a very good value for money stay.

Our rentals consist of a convertible sofa or sofa bed (sleeps 2) in the living room. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and WC (sometimes separate).
