Dear Clients, we inform you that the rue du Pont Vieux and the rue Georges Brassens are under construction. Therefore, you have to take the rue des 3 Couronnes to reach the hotel.

The city, also known for its international music festival, attracts many visitors throughout the year to admire its majestic fortifications, its exceptional castle, as well as the magnificent vineyards, characteristic of the region.

For a weekend or for a longer vacation, Carcassonne is a destination of choice! To make the most of your stay, we suggest you stay in our Hotel Les Chevaliers. Thanks to its perfect location, only 100 m from the city and the congress center, the establishment offers 90 rooms spread over 3 floors, equipped with great comfort and offering for the most part a breathtaking view of the ramparts. They are equipped with quality bedding (double or twin beds), SAT TV, telephone, Wifi, safe, espresso machine, bathroom with bathtub (except for PMR room), hair dryer and a courtesy tray to welcome you as it should be! Families wishing to stay at the hotel will have the possibility to opt for communicating rooms.

You will be seduced by the medieval decoration of our establishment, which will surely offer you an extraordinary journey back in time! Our restaurant « Le Troubadour », proposes you every day copious breakfasts in the form of varied hot and cold buffets, lunches and dinners served to the plate or in buffet.

20 meters from the hotel, the Eliospa SPA offers a complete range of treatments, ideal for a moment of relaxation. On the program: facials, body treatments, relaxation treatments, sauna access and whirlpool.

The friendly team of the Hôtel les Chevaliers will accompany you throughout your stay so that this little town of 1000 wonders will no longer hold any secrets for you!

They are all equipped with air conditioning, double or twin beds, a bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer and WC (sometimes separate), SAT TV, telephone, Wi-Fi and safe, espresso machine with courtesy tray.

« Standard » room of about 16 m² with North exposure.
Room » Classic » from 16.50 to 20 m², offering a South and West exposure, and a view on inner courtyard.
« Superior » room from 20 to 23 m², with South and East exposure and a beautiful garden view.
« Deluxe » room from 18 to 22 m², with a medieval city view and a south facing terrace.
« Panoramic » room of 24m², with a 180° city view.
« Deluxe Panoramic « room of 24m², with a 180° city view and a south facing terrace.

Possibility of an armchair bed or sofa bed for a 3rd person in « superior » rooms. Possibility of communicating rooms on request. Bed and baby kit with prior reservation. Our advice: It is a pity to stay in Carcassonne without taking advantage of the breathtaking view of the medieval city during the day and illuminated at night. Deluxe or Panoramic rooms are therefore recommended to take advantage of your stopover. With these categories of rooms, you will have a front-row seat to contemplate the « flaming city », a magnificent pyrotechnic show, offered every July 14th in Carcassonne!

Every day, you can compose your breakfast according to your desires. Served in the form of a varied hot and cold buffet, you will fill up on energy before setting off to discover the wonders of the region.

Dinner in front of the Medieval City

Come face-to-face with the medieval city!
For dinner, the restaurant offers traditional, tasty cuisine in a cosy setting with a medieval decor.
Open Tuesday to Saturday – Closed Sunday and Monday.

SPA Eliospa

Located in the grounds of the Hôtel du Roi adjacent to the Hôtel Les Chevaliers, the Eliospa center welcomes you all year round for essential moments of relaxation in a restful setting with the medieval city as a backdrop.

Good to know:

Access to the spa (without treatments) is €25 per person per hour.

Treatments last between 20 and 90 minutes.
SPA: sauna, whirlpool, hammam.
Bathrobes and towels provided for treatments.
Selection of teas and herbal teas « Zen » and detox.
Partner of the brand SOTHYS.
