Breakfast needs to change the "egg powder" scrambled eggs, and the personell must get more attention to follow up deviations and cleaning.
The half-board accommodation could be improved. The restaurant service was mediocre for dinner
Highly recommended hotel because of its location, with views of the fortified city, very varied breakfast and a good dinner menu, and with a nearby monitored paid parking. If I had to mention a negative point, it would be the bathroom, as it would be better to replace the bathtub with a shower, since in our room the bathtub was leaking on one side, and the bathroom door didn't close properly, but I would definitely recommend it.
Is a nice hotel, refurbished with excellent taste. All the staff was extremely friendly, specially Catherine, she was a star!. The food at the restaurant was excellent. The room with the lovely balcony had an nice view on the Citadella. We recomend and we'll come back

Beautiful hotel located only few minutes from the Carcassonne Cité. Nice breakfast, gorgeous gardens and incredible view of the castle!
We enjoyed a most pleasant stay. Food excellent, staff absolutely courteous and we even enjoyed a magnificent view of the castle from the balcony of our room. Highly recommended.
Really great location for visiting the medieval city. We had a balcony room overlooking the river, the bridge & castle. Also evening buffet on the terrace overlooking the castle at night was memorable.
Ho prenotato questo hotel solo per una notte per un passaggio in giornata a Carcassonne. L'hotel ha una buona posizione per visitare il borgo antico Pulito e accogliente. Il bagno anche se un po piccolo ha tutti i conforto giusti. Ottima esperienza, consigliatissimo.
The hotel was modern and comfortable. Located close to the city center with a fantastic view at La Cité. Friendly staff and good facilities. The standard double room was a little small. Breakfast was excellent.
